In 2017 the Parish Council was fortunate to be awarded a grant from Peak LEADER. Festoon lighting, cross river lighting and lighting in trees was purchased. The project was finally finished in 2020.   We received 75% grant funding for the lighting which meant that there was little expense to the Parish Council.  Without such funding it would not have been possible to have any lighting.  We hope to expand on the lighting once funding allows.

In 2022, all of the lights will be checked to ensure they are fully functional in readiness for the illuminations and remainder of the year.
