Matlock Bath Parish Council has only an advisory role with Planning.

The Committee will look at each application and decide whether they wish to support the application or not.  These comments are passed to DDDC for a decision.

The Committee sometimes will have a site meeting to look closely at an application whilst others can be discussed by e-mail with a final decision going to Full Council.  All planning decisions made by the Planning Committee can be found in the Minutes of Full Council.
