The Facilities Committee is responsible for our war memorial, the sports area, signage (such as our lecterns and fingerposts), benches, the winter lighting and the maintenance of the bus shelters.

In 2020 we completed a project funded by LEADER to install lecterns and fingerposts which have proved very useful to visitors so far.

Our war memorial is cleaned every other year (further details about our war memorial can be found under “Our Village”, Village Facilities). 

Our 4 bus shelters are also maintained and cleaned by the Parish Council.

We provide and maintain a number of benches.  Benches can have memorial plaques attached to them.  If anyone is interested in this they should contact the Clerk for details.  A policy on sponsoring new benches and memorial plaques can be found under “Policies”.
