Agendas will be posted a minimum of 3 days before each meeting (not including the date of the meeting). If the agenda is not showing, please contact the Clerk.

Due to the Coronavirus outbreak, all face-to-face Parish Council meetings are suspended. Business will be conducted remotely. However, the arrangements for public participation will differ to those at face-to-face meetings.

Residents are welcome to attend the meetings remotely, however, Councillors request that should you have a query/comment you wish to raise, you send it to the Clerk prior to the meeting. The query will be read out at the meeting and an answer will be given.

If you would like to attend a Parish Council meeting please let the Clerk know beforehand.

Once face-to-face meetings resume, the format of the first part of the meeting will be as follows:

At full Parish Council meetings there is usually a public participation time when members of the public can raise issues. Each member has a maximum of 3 minutes to address Council. During this time there can be no exchange of conversation between the resident and the Parish Council. If the issue raised is one which has already been discussed by Council and resolved, the Chairman will inform you of this. All other queries will be discussed either later in the agenda, if deemed urgent, or referred to a future Parish Council meeting. The outcome of which will be sent to you as soon as possible following the meeting.
